Colour Reproduction

The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change. For this reason pictures, drawings, paints and dimensions are provided only for guidance and RAM Models cannot be held responsible for accuracy.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. RAM Models shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

Contract

A contract is formed between RAM Models and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are dispatched the order may be cancelled. Exceptions apply to orders for personalised items and goods made to your order, which cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted. For security reasons we may restrict the volumes of certain items to be sold in any one transaction.

Price

Prices appearing on www.rammodels.co.uk are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling.

The cost of your order will be the price of the products ordered plus the appropriate delivery charge outlined in the "Shipping & Returns" section elsewhere on our website. Please note that all prices on this website are for on-line purchases only.

Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered, including any variations in the rate of VAT. If this occurs You will be notified and requested to reconfirm your Order at the altered price. By notifying you, we shall be entitled to cancel any contract in whole or in part to the extent that it is for the purchase of a product the price of which was stated incorrectly on the website.

Payment Options

We accept payment by credit card / debit card over the net via the secure means of PayPal. You do not need an account with PayPal in order to use this payment method. Alternatively we can accept payment by cheque, postal order or International Money Order (in £ Sterling) through the post.
