Our Commitment To You
In order to offer you the best service possible we aim to post all orders within 2-3 working days. Posting is normally done at least three times a week.
Once your order has been placed we will send an email confirming that your order is on it way. We aim to get your order to you in the quickest possible time
and in line with the delivery option chosen. Please be aware that if there are if there are circumstances beyond our control e.g. disrupted postal services,
adverse weather conditions etc., delivery may take longer than anticipated.
Postage & Packaging Costs
We have a number of shipping options for your convenience with prices tailored to your individual order. Up to date prices can be found by adding your desired
items to your shopping cart and following through the checkout process to the postal screen. Don't worry that this is committing to placing an order as you can cancel
out of the postal screen at any time before you get to the final order confirmation stage.
Missing or Delayed Items
We will begin our missing parcels procedure if your order fails to arrive within 15 days of dispatch and you notify RAM Models in writing or by email. We will
investigate your claim and if we are satisfied that the non arrival of the product(s) was attributable to RAM Models then a refund will be made to the source of
payment that placed the order. Please note that we may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that are considered to be insecure. In this event you will
be contacted by RAM Models and asked to provide an alternative delivery location for future orders.
Overseas customers must inform us within 25 days of dispatch before we can investigate your claim. In the unlikely event that this problem has arisen please refer
to the email you will receive from RAM Models confirming dispatch.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days. The period of 7 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, for example, items made to your order. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within a period of 7 working days. The period of 7 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
